Injury Reporting
Report any injury to the AT before practice. Never self-treat and play through.
Hydration
Half your body weight in ounces daily; add 20 oz per practice hour.
Nutrition
Pregame meal 3 hours out: carbs + lean protein. Recovery snack within 30 minutes.
Sleep & Recovery
8-9 hours in season. Mobility routine on off days.
